Duties include but not limited to:

- Ensure service provided to the guest is exceptional.
- Anticipate guest needs and solve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze guest feedback while highlighting areas to improve.
- Build good relationships with guests to gain their loyalty.

Requirements
Your experience and skills include:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Attention to details
- Related hotel experience
- Multitasking abilities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of related computer systems
