Job Description
· Arrange for daily collection of urgent inquiries from departments/ Projects.

· Immediate action to process purchases from the local market.

· Delivering all the purchased items to the concerned warehouse.

· Arrange the total process for refunding via receiving’s & accounting.

· Arrange to switch gradually the cash buyers to credit ones.

· Prepare the needful excel sheet reports monitoring the cash transactions (volume & value size).
