Our newest opportunity is for a talented Lead Security Inspector (KSA National) to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi.
This position is responsible for providing Security inspections, advice, and information to KEO staff and contractors to raise the security standards and ensure compliance on site.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Monitor and enforce standards of security in compliance with KEO's Health and Safety Management System and Client requirements.
- Managing the Security team efficiently and effectively.
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Review and inspect work areas and determine the potential occurrence of security hazards.
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
- Conduct daily inspections of the projects to ensure compliance and where applicable make recommendations for change.
- In case of emergency determine and investigate the cause of the accident, establish a report and provide recommendation(s) to prevent future occurrences.
- Inspect, develop and implement security policies needed to reduce accident-related costs.
- Regulate set policies soliciting input from managers and workers.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
- Ensuring the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises
- Following procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and accident investigations
Requirements
Qualifications
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 + years of work experience partnered with a Diploma in Safety/Security or Bachelor's degree in Safety or Engineering.
