1- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
2- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs as contracts to ensure the best deals.
3- liaising with the project manager, clients, and subcontractors.
4- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
5- Advising project manager and clients on improvements and new strategies.
6- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
7- Document any changes in design and update budgets.
8- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
9- Traveling from the office to various as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience
The candidate should have experience in infrastructure projects
