Job Description
Responsibilities :

· Prepare the yearly master budget and comparison periodically against the actual performance.

· Prepare the long-term business model for operation and sensitivity analysis in business modeling.

· Monitoring Wok in Progress (AUC) for the construction site and taking corrective action.

· Capitalization of fixed assets from the work in progress (AUC).

· Need to control the Equipment and reporting a monthly basis and physical verification of assets.

· Prepare the monthly Cashflow requirement for the business operations.

· Prepare the Account Payable aging report and ensure the payment is made in a timely.

· Prepare Product wise analysis and highlight the low-margin product and advise on improving the contribution margin.

· Prepare monthly the intercompany balances and get confirmation from the associated companies.

· Prepare Aggregator performance and ensure their charges should be according to the contract.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any one of the below:
ACCA, CMA, MBA – SOCPA Membership must.

Minimum Experience: 2 to 4 years

Skills: Advance Excel, ERP Knowledge, business modeling, product analysis
