Job Description
Prepare the yearly master budget and comparison periodically against the actual performance.
Prepare the long-term business model for operation and sensitivity analysis in business modeling.
Monitoring Wok in Progress (AUC) for the construction site and taking the corrective action.
Capitalization of fixed assets from the work in progress (AUC).
Need to control the Equipment and reporting a monthly basis and physical verification of assets.
Prepare the monthly Cashflow requirement for the business operations.
Prepare the Account Payable aging report and ensure the payment is made on time.
Prepare Product wise analysis and highlight the low-margin product and advise on improving the contribution margin.
Prepare monthly the intercompany balances and get confirmation from the associated companies.
Prepare Aggregator performance and ensure their charges should be according to the contract.

Qualification: Any one of the below:

ACCA, CMA, MBA – SOCPA Membership must.

Minimum Experience: 2 to 4 years

Skills: Advance Excel, ERP Knowledge, business modeling, product analysis
