Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
My client is a leading international contractor currently working on the construction of a major civil engineering project that forms part of the NEOM development. They are currently looking to recruit a quantity surveyor for the following;

o Responsibility for a specific area or areas within a project.
o All Quantity Surveying duties including measurement, valuation, and agreement of work sections.
o Preparation of interim applications for payment and internal valuations.
o Measurement and agreement of subcontractors’ quantities certification.
o Assisting in preparation of loss and expense submissions.
o Preparation of monthly contract review reports regarding the quantities

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have a degree or diploma in civil engineering or quantity surveying and should have a proven background working as a quantity surveyor on major civil and construction projects. Candidates should have experience working in Saudi Arabia.
