Employment: Full Time
• Preparing and processing the paperwork and relevant application documents for acquiring new visas and work permits as well as renewal and cancellation of current work permits and visas.
• Scheduling any appointments related to the visa process.
• Managing the Ministry of labor file.
• Obtaining or renewing any company-related trade licenses, certificates GOSI / SAUDIZATION / ZAKAT / QIWA, etc.
• Liaising directly with government offices and management on various legal issues.
• Maintaining and cultivating good relationships with government departments and agencies.
• Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation.
• Ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient interactions with official organizations as well as any other semi-government institution.
• Always maintaining confidentiality.
• Assisting HR management with employee relations issues.
• Assisting in any other day-to-day operations.
• Performing any other duties as and when required.
Requirements
Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or any other similar degree, Master's degree will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of related experience in KSA.
Requirements:
• Saudi National.
• Previous working experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English language, both written and verbal (Spanish is an added advantage).
• well-organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent IT skills. Competency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
• Immaculate attention to detail, good focus, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience with various municipalities and ministries such as the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and GOSI.
• Knowledge to renew municipality licenses, work visas, and Iqamas.
