Our client is one of the largest Mixed-Use Real Estate Asset owners in Saudi Arabia, which is looking to move to 100% digitalization.

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Digital Transformation specialist to revamp and modernize the technology used across all their assets which include:

- Retail
- Residential
- Commercial
- Hospitality

Requirements
- The Digital Transformation lead for our client needs to understand property, facilities, and customer services, and the role that digitalization can play in a major real estate developer.
- Candidates must have had a major role in identifying IT modules, platforms, etc that can transform the business from a very manual basis to a fully digitalized one.
- We are looking for an IT specialist that has a thorough knowledge of real estate operations.
- Your major task will be to identify procure and implement systems across, lease management, property management, customer services, helpdesk, and CAFM.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
There is NO income TAX in Saudi Arabia
This is NOT an IT role.
