A multinational pharma company is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
This client has the ability and reputation for being able to attract and retain the very best talent on the market, so competition for this opportunity will be high.
The main responsibilities will include:
Achieving brand KPIs in the assigned territory
Developing effective sales action plans to achieve and exceed objectives
Keeping abreast of the customers, market, and trend
Driving execution of the team sales account plans
Driving new GTM channels adoption to increase future transformation pace and readiness
Promoting AAI and creating an engaging environment to ensure retention of talent and actively attract new hire
Coaching and managing the team
Delivering overall brand objectives & KPIs in assigned territories and helping the kingdom's overall achievement
Adhering to roles/regulations, CoC & rest of SoPs within the company
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Must have pharmaceutical sales experience
3 – 5 years experience in the healthcare industry is required (e.g. hospital, pharmacy) or a Master in Life Science
Proficient in MS applications
Fluent in English
Willing to travel 30-40% of your time
Results-oriented and a good Team player
Good negotiation and decision-making skills
