Position Summary
***This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.***

MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Airfield Site Lead to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

This position oversees specific site day-to-day aviation operations concerning aircraft, equipment and employees while providing timely reporting and solutions to any issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to end user leadership and program management team.
Responsible for all matters related to the safe and consistent operation of a team consisting of a combination of mission aircraft, air crews, maintenance, logistics, billeting and all associated detachment administrative responsibilities.
Provides daily SITREPS, Monthly CDRLs, and reports as required.
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Maintains operational oversight of all mission equipment, personnel, and aircraft in OCONUS environment.
Assesses and manages risk for all flight operations and logistical tasks while operating in hostile, austere, or imminent danger zones.
Maintains strict government compliance standards regarding logs, safety, and international regulations.
Brief both internal leadership and customer personnel on status of operations.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing a flightline/airfield/hangar type of operation concerning aircraft, personnel, and equipment management
Education:

High School Diploma
Clearance:

Current / Active SECRET
Citizenship:

Full United States Citizen
