Assistant R&D Manager – KSA (Meat Seasoning & Ingredients))

Job Description
Independently lead the product development process of ingredients or formulas of Meat processing products
New Product Development and Ensuring developed recipes comply with micro-nutrient and other nutritional requirements determined by customers and management.
Integrate feedback from management on samples and adjust accordingly in order to reach the agreed-upon the final product.
Provide advice on sourcing of ingredients in order to enhance quality and optimize the costs of the finished product.
Manage lab samples organizing and execute the shelf-life testing process.
Desired Candidate Profile

A degree in food science or a related field is preferred

3-5 years of experience working in a technical capacity developing new products
